MOS-10 (Methyl Oxide Semiconductor-10) is a type of photorefractive crystal usually made from lithium niobate (LiNbO3). It is often used for optical information processing, holography, and other applications that require a nonlinear optical effect. MOS-10 has the ability to store and manipulate optical images, change light intensity, and cause spatial and temporal modulation of light. It can also be used to generate optical signals and wavefronts with arbitrary shapes. In addition, its ability to retain an image even after the applied electric field is removed makes it suitable for imaging applications.
