We not only manufacture targets and backing plates but also provide target bonding service including the revolutionary NanoBond method which provides higher power densities and stress free joints. Robeko does not supply customers with off the shelf solutions but with components and materials specially suited to the individual process. In addition we offer full service around the coating process: Process development, design and manufacturing of special coating components or materials, retrofits of existing systems with our compoents and assembling of complete subsystems.
