Lithium Gallate (LiGaO2) is a substrate material used in various electronic applications. It is a crystalline material with a tetragonal crystal structure and is often used as a substrate material for the growth of other electronic materials such as gallium nitride (GaN) and other semiconductor materials. Lithium gallate has a high thermal stability, good dielectric properties, and a high breakdown voltage, making it suitable for high-power applications. It is also a good substrate for fabrication of optical devices, particularly for nonlinear optical applications due to its large nonlinear optical coefficients. Lithium gallate has been used as a substrate in the growth of ferroelectric and piezoelectric materials, as well as for applications in high-temperature sensors, microwave filters, and high-frequency electronic components.
