Logic Test Equipment

Logic test equipment is used to test the functional behavior of digital circuits, including integrated circuits and printed circuit boards, to ensure they meet the specified requirements and standards. The equipment can be in the form of in-circuit testers, functional testers, and boundary scan testers. These tests are usually performed in the final stages of the manufacturing process before the devices are packaged and shipped to customers. These parameters include, but are not limited to: Digital logic signals Power consumption and voltage regulation Timing and delay Memory functions Signal integrity and noise JTAG and boundary scan Electrical overstress (EOS) and electrical over-current (EOC) Functional and parametric testing. The purpose of these tests is to identify any defects or issues with the circuits and ensure they meet the design specifications.
