Job Summary:
Supports the responsible engineer for wafer prep processes (laminate, dicing, grinding, and mount);
Set-up recipes and Wafer Prep equipment for Production assuring tool capacity in place
Supports Yield and Quality enhancement
Performs lot deviation disposition together with QA
Supports SPC/MSA for process/tool control and guarantees tool stability over time
Drives continuous improvement
Identifies causes of variation using statistical methods and design of experiments and drives corrective and preventive actions
Supports development projects for Wafer Prep and R&D new product material or processes
Extracts, compiles, and analyses data using statistical tools necessary for the job
Document process and parameters
Issues accurate, complete reports of work
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering such as Mechanics (preferred), Mechatronics, Microelectronics, Physics, Electronics
IT systems knowledge (preferred)
Understanding of SPC, analytical and problem-solving skills such as 8D, DOE, FMEA, GRR (preferred)
English business fluent
