Electronic Container Corporation offers cleaning and laser-marking services for FOUP, FOSB, wafer carrier and storage box products. We can also modify parts to meet your custom requirements.
FOUP cleaning, FOSB cleaning, carrier and box cleaning is performed under stringent conditions. Labels are removed, parts are sorted, inspected and pre-cleaned. Damaged or missing components are replaced. Parts are then cleaned and bagged.
Laser-marking is offered for all materials. This clean and permanent marking can be performed on all materials including PFA (Teflon), PEEK, polypropylene and polycarbonate. Marking options include alphanumeric, graphics and bar-coding.
Fabrication of custom products or modification of existing products is available.
