AlN Template on Silicon Wafers

Aluminum Nitride (AlN) is a wide bandgap semiconductor material that is used in the electronics industry to produce high-power, high-frequency devices. An AlN template on a silicon wafer is a process in which a thin layer of AlN is grown on the surface of a silicon wafer, creating a template for the growth of other semiconductor materials.
