As a leading foundry manufacturer for analog and mixed-signal products, Nisshinbo Micro Devices Inc. offers highly reliable process technologies, which are well optimized in our own product development. The technologies are ranging from 4.0 to 0.35um, and Bipolar, CMOS with HVMOS, high speed BiCMOS, and BCD. Since the technologies are available on 4", 5", and 8" wafers, Nisshinbo Micro Devices can appropriately respond to wide range production volume with our three manufacturing fab and UMC' 8" fab.
We offer Wafer Foundry Services of 150mm and 200mm process, by using CMOS analog processes cultivated by based on our own analog products.
New Japan Radio Co., Ltd. and Ricoh Electronic Devices Co., Ltd. of the Nisshinbo Group were integrated and started operation as Nisshinbo Micro Devices Inc. in January 2022. We will integrate the strengths of both companies and refine our "Connect Everything" technology, and, therefore, strive for further growth and development as an "Analog Solution Provider toward the realization of an ultra-smart society.
We will respond to customer needs with a diverse lineup of environmentally friendly products, including standard products such as Power Management ICs, Operational Amplifiers and Li-ion Battery Protection ICs in which we have an extensive track record, and high-performance LSIs such as PMICs and Signal Processing ICs, as well as component products using microwave technology that we have cultivated over many years.
