VIVANacl also offers Cross-Linking Agents (HMMM) and Photo Acid Generators (NRTF/ MDT & STBN) used as Key Raw materials
for the manufacturing of i-line (Positive and Negative) and KrF PHOTOResist (Positive) to pattern Semiconductor Chips that further
caters to the industries of Electronics & Semiconductors.
In the process of stream lining our Businesses, its being decided that, All SCM (Specialized Chemical Manufacturing ) and advanced Chemicals related Businesses, Are going to be under separate Business entity, for ease of operations & also not limiting to only ‘Life Sciences’ as a limitation, that we encountered for “VIVAN Life Sciences”.
