CsPbBr3 single crystals are widely recognized as the most promising perovskite composition for X-ray sensors due to their superior performance and long-term stability. The fully inorganic CsPbBr3 single crystals measure 5 x 5 x 2 mm and boast exceptional crystallinity and transparency.
