Huzhou Shengchun Pipeline Co., Ltd. is our production factory, covering an area of 18 acres, with two double-storey buildings, a total of 14000m2; two 1000-class and 10000-class clean rooms, a total of 300m2; about 60 people. The company has introduced 16 advanced polishing machines, 2 pipe-making machines, 40 sets of pipe fittings processing equipment, 2 sets of metal spectrometers, 3 sets of endoscopes, 2 sets of eddy current flaw detectors, 5 sets of roughness measuring instruments, 1 set of cleaning equipment, 20 tons of 18MΩ.cm ultra-pure water equipment and a set of waste water treatment systems and other production and testing equipment.
With advanced production equipment, professional and experienced production team, high-quality inspection standards and good management experience, the company manufactures ultra-clean pipeline products. It can produce 200 tons of clean pipes per month, with an annual output value of 200 million yuan.
