Additionally we have a new and patent pending process for Tracer gas testing. Additionally, we have generated thousands of tracer gas tests and hundreds of tracer gas reports resulting in reduction of cost of ownership and exhaust flow costs.

 

Additionally, we perform SEMI S8 - Safety for Ergonomics Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment.

 

The guideline SEMI S10 – For Risk Assessment and Risk Evaluation Process uses our in-house process and data and forms to generate a full picture of the various risks for your equipment from chemical to fire two other hazards. Additionally, we can perform in semi S-10 risk assessment for the full life cycle of your equipment.

 

We are experts in the guideline SEMI S14 - Fire Risk Assessment and Mitigation for Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment. Additionally, we can provide hazardous locations class I division one, class I division two, evaluation and design validation for your equipment. Our principal consultants
have each over 33 years in hazardous location engineering, design, testing and certification.

 

For the electrical guideline SEMI S22 - Electrical Design of Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment, we can utilize our Conformity Discovery Process © and help you design your equipment to meet standards by doing design-based evaluations to the standards on each design step.

 

SEMI S1 - Equipment Safety Labels and Nameplates, further by using the standards we have templates and boilerplate for you to create your labels, nameplates, manuals guidelines and details to allow you to fully design and implement your equipment to have it be fully conforming to the standards.

 

We even include detailed standards-based line item requirements for all of your manuals based on the requirements and in guidelines of SEMI S2, SEMI S8 and SEMI S13. SEMI S13 is the Environmental, Health and Safety Guideline for Documents Provided to the Equipment User.
