iSem Global has been formed to expand a gap in a growing market to provide a truly specialist, headhunting / semiconductor recruiting service to companies globally for their semiconductor hiring needs. Our aim is to bring real value and create positive change to recruitment to the industry. The company was founded by Alok Nagpal, a former IC Design Engineer who moved into semiconductor recruitment over 25 years ago to specialise in IC design recruitment. He founded IC Resources in 1999, now a leading technology recruitment supplier in Europe.
