In 1976, Sinotech Planned and designed an integrated circuit demonstration plant for the Industrial Technology Research Institute(ITRI). Since then, Sinotech has designed, planned,and provided construction management services for the construction of numerous local and overseas high-tech electronic factories and plants, such as wafer foundry plants (FAB),TFT and OLED panel factories,semiconductor assembly and testing plants, epitaxial plants, etc.To date, Sinotech has become one of Taiwan's top comprehensive engineering consulting firms.
