13 years technical know-how and experience makes the SiC Processing (Deutschland) GmbH to a competent, worldwide operating and leading service partner for processing of used sawing suspension (slurry), as well as for further solid and liquid materials.
Photovoltaic- and semiconductor industry are using slurry to produce wafers out of mono- or multi crystalline silicon blocks.
The suspension consists of a fine-grained, sharp edged abrasive (mainly silicon carbide) and a viscose carrier liquid (mainly Polyethylene glycol and Dipropylene glycol), whereas the latter acts as a transportation and cooling medium.
The contaminated and used slurry out of the sawing process gets processed through our complex method. Recovery rates of 75 to 95 % are possible for the components.
The processing concept can be modified for separation, classification and cleaning of other materials. In our plant in Bautzen it is possible to process up to 40,000 tons per year.
R&D, laboratory and logistics are in place.
