Our company is a joint venture of two of China’s most prominent companies in the Semiconductor industry:

Jiangsu Changjiang Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. (“JCET”, SSE: 600584) — One of the top 4 IC packaging service providers in the world.
Located in Jiangyin, Jiangsu province, SJSemi was founded in August 2014. Starting with the advanced 12-inch bumping and wafer testing, SJSemi aims to offer first-class Middle-End-Of-Line (MEOL) manufacturing and testing services and develop the advanced 3D-IC business. It is committed to providing a convenient one-stop service to supply high quality and efficient chips for local and international customers, as well as help strengthen their global competitiveness.

All-China-Supply-Chain
We intend to build a complete 12″ advanced IC manufacturing supply chain in China by forming strategic partnership with various design houses, foundries and OSATs. An all China supply chain will effectively control the intermediate costs and shorten the time to market for fabless customers focusing on China market — the largest in the world by far.
