Growth and Characterization of a single crystal
Our scientific staff has the expertise in the production and characterization of large size and high purity single crystals. The crystals are characterized with X-ray diffraction (single crystal XRD and powder XRD), Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), Raman and additionally with Hall measurements.
