All our plants are expertly designed and manufactured by us. As a certified specialist according to WHG and DIN EN ISO 9001, the compliance with the statutory and regulatory requirements is a matter of course. The specific requirements of our customers as well as the ones of the process and medium are incorporated into the construction.

WATER PURIFICATION
Water is a fundamental part of many production processes. Special requirements are placed on water quality and thus on water purification plants.
The range of the required water quality goes from pure water for processes with lower requirements to ultrapure water with a conductivity of up to
18 MΩ·cm for highly specialized processes. For best results, water must be available at all times, both in the required quality and quantity.
Because of the flexibility and range of our available technologies, we offer a suitable solution for every application and every budget.
In close consultation with our customers, we design and manufacture our water purification plants. According to your specific requirements, we coordinate the used technologies and materials in an optimal way so that reliable operation and excellent results can be assured.
Modern control technologies allow efficient plant operation and provide transparent information on all operating conditions and measurement results.
We have already successfully planned and realized plants for fully-automatic production of ultrapure water with a capacity of 100 m3/h.
EXHAUST AIR TREATMENT
Exhaust air scrubbers are used to clean the exhaust air produced during different processes. Depending on the ingredients, different cleaning systems are used. The standard includes wet scrubbers which are operated with an alkaline, acidic or neutral cleaning medium. Depending on requirements, UV irradiation systems are also used, for example, in the treatment of volatile carbon compounds.
The cleaning action is carried out in one or more purification chambers which can be arranged horizontally or vertically. Within the purification chamber, the exhaust air is sprayed with the cleaning medium in the counter-current system. Additionally, fillers which are also located in the purification chamber and are made of resistant plastic, ensure the increase of the active surface.
Tailored to your individual needs, we offer everything for the professional exhaust air treatment from individual components to complete plants. We use state-of-the-art control and monitoring technologies; all important information about operating conditions and measurement results are available at any time.
CHEMICAL SUPPLY
For the efficient operation of modern industrial wastewater treatment plants and upstream production, the professional supply of chemicals necessary for processing is essential.
We design and manufacture customized plants for the storage and supply of chemicals for both the production, including point of use, as well as for the wastewater treatment. We enable our customers to get the right amount of the right chemical to the right place at the right time. For maximum safety and durability, the materials used are of course tuned to the media used.
Current control technologies and sensor techniques ensure the efficient operation of the plants with continuous monitoring at the same time and transparent flow of information on all operating conditions and measurement results.
CONSULTANCY & PLANNING
We offer the mechanical and electrical design from a single source. In the course of the concrete definition of the process and plant-specific requirements, we support you with chemical analysis, a detailed survey of the existing plants or plant parts and in the collaboration with the competent authorities. According to your requirements, processes and media, we optimally coordinate the process, materials, electrical components and control. The results of our planning are incorporated into the subsequent 2D and 3D design, and prepared for the smooth installation of the plants.
Our successfully planned and implemented plants include, for example, a wastewater treatment plant that is designed for research and development purposes, is fully functional and fits into a 20-foot container. In addition, we also offer you many years of experience with industrial ultrapure water production plants (up to 100 m³/h at 18 MΩ·cm) and wastewater treatment plants (up to 100 m³/h).
