UVphotonics offers LEDs in the UVB (280 nm - 320 nm) and UVC (<280 nm) wavelength ranges. The available standard wavelength range is 300 nm to 330 nm. LEDs with emission wavelengths of 265 nm and 230 nm are under development (engineering samples are available on customer request). We also offer all wavelengths in between on customer request.
LEDs are provided as chip, mounted in flip-chip geometry on an AlN ceramic submount, or mounted and capped in a TO can. UV LED modules with integrated driver circuits are also available. Again, customer specific mounting geometries can be provided on request.
