　 W CHIP TECH LTD has developed core technology regarding crystal growth,chip manufacturing and packages based Indium Phosphide (InP) and Gallium Arsenide (GaAs). On the basis of such innovations the company has mass-produced high-quality products, such as FP chips, DFB chips, VCSEL chips, The wavelengths ranges from 600nm~1700 nm and the data transfer rate is up to 25 Gbps，W CHIP also provides different kinds of photodetectors , including MPD,PIN，APD，whose bandwidth is from 2.5G to 25G. What’s more，W CHIP develops new generation of laser energy conversion chip, with more than 50% efficiency of laser conversion efficiency and the output voltage levels to 9V.

Gas Sensor Chip（Laser-based Detection of TDLAS model）
Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy（TDLAS） technology has been widely used in many fields, such as pollutant detection, air monitoring, industrial and agricultural production process control, because of its high sensitivity, excellent gas selection ability, non-contact measurement and rapid response. The famous foreign suppliers of TDLAS Chip 、TO 、Mini box & butterfly packaging mainly include NANOPLUS,VERTILAS, Nel (NTT ELECTRONICS) AND EBLANA PHOTONICS. After years of research and Taiwan's best chip manufacturing technology, W chip has finally overcome various difficulties and provided the tdla chip with the highest cost performance & butterfly packaging.

Our butterfly packings of gas sensor have 760nm DFB laser、1278nm DFB laser、1392nm DFB laser、1512nm DFB laser、1567nm DFB laser、1625nm DFB laser、1651nm DFB laser、1653.7nm DFB laser、2004nm DFB laser and 2334nm DFB laser.
