We are leading the localization of high-performance filter products with high dependence on imports by securing the core technology of the advanced water treatment industry that leads the new growth engine industry. Description
Synopex CMP Cartridge Filter is a filter product that has been developed for the CMP (Chemical Mechanical Polishing) process in the semiconductor manufacturing process, and is designed to remove large particles that can cause defects (scratches) on the wafer surface while passing through working slurry particles. In particular, it is designed to improve the life of the filter by reducing premature clogging of the filter by enabling stepwise particle removal with the multi-layer gradient structure.

POU

Description
Synopex POU Filter uses PP material and all components are thermally bonded to prevent leakage of solution. It is easy to install due to its compact all-in-one structure, and is optimal, convenient and economical for small batch filtration.
It is a filter that can be applied to various chemicals and provides high filtration efficiency with various fiber media.

MLCC

Description
The filter media is made of polypropylene and is manufactured through a meltblown method. It has almost no elution and has strong chemical resistance, so it is widely used.

It is composed of a filter material with a given filter density gradient and has a precision filtration performance (more than 99.9%), and does not contact cartridges during filter replacement. It is a filter suitable for the functional paint process in the ceramic slurry purification process due to the simplicity of the replacement work and the reduction in the amount of cleaning solvent.

Description
HOF Filter was developed as a refinery's amine filtration filter, and it is a high-capacity filter that expands the filtration area to increase water flow and extend its life. It is suitable for collecting a large amount of polluted particles and treating high capacity by expanding the pore volume according to the increase of the filtering area, and because the product life cycle is long, the effect of reducing operating costs can be maximized.

Description
Synopex ￠ 155mm Cartridge Filter is a high-capacity product designed to increase water flow and extend life by increasing the filtration area according to the increase in product dimensions. It is suitable for collecting large amounts of contaminated particles and processing high capacity by expanding the collection space according to the filtering area. In addition, since the product has a long life cycle, the effect of reducing operating costs can be maximized.

MDA

Description
Synopex MDA Filter Cartridge is the only product that succeeded in internalization in the DEPTH Absolute market, where foreign filters were encroaching. It is designed in a self-supporting structure with a filtration layer and gradient that can remove more than 99% of contaminated particles with a filter molded using our proprietary Melt-Blown Technology, so it has excellent filtration life and contaminant collection effect. In addition, due to the characteristics of PP material, it has excellent chemical resistance and heat resistance to various chemicals, and is suitable for various purposes such as refining pharmaceuticals and high-purity chemicals.
