2005 proved to be an important milestone for the company, with the introduction of an In-line Trim & Form coupled to a Solder Dipping System for the Semiconductor Backend packaging. The Company has breakthrough the traditional bonds & linkages of the backend packaging cycle. Reducing the needs of product handling thus increasing the yield & productivity of these conventional processes.
With this drive, the Company has since embarked on the development of standard equipments for the Semiconductor Backend packing industry. Over a short time span, the company has developed & produced a range of standard equipments namely the Trim & Form System, Laser Marking System, Laser Trimming System, Spot Welding System & the High Speed Media Transferring System. Not forsaking its roots, the company is still continuously supporting the other industries (Connector/Optics/RFID) in terms of collaboration as well as partnership in research & development for the ever-changing products requirement.
