IWS is a supplier of silicon wafers with thin films, or can deposit custom films on your provided substrates. We can accommodate 1 inch through 12 inch wafers, and have most standard semiconductor processing capabilities, including lithography and RIE etch down to 0.25 um, oxides, diffusions, TEOS, Nitride, Polysilicon, and sputter deposited films. We currently have approximately 50 sputter targets that are available.

International Wafer Service is a supplier of silicon wafers and related services. IWS maintains an inventory of silicon wafers from 1” Diameter through 200mm diameter, Fz, Cz, NTD, Test, Monitor and Prime Grades, Ascut, Lapped, Etched, Thick, Super Thin, (to 30 microns), all orientations including <1-1-0>. In addition, IWS supplies specialty 2-6, 3-5 , sapphire, GaAs, and Germanium Wafers as well limited supplies of SOI material.
