DOWA's metal processing business began with the manufacture of wrought copper and copper alloy products made from copper and zinc as the main raw materials. Since then, we have expanded our portfolio to include products made with high-performance copper alloys to support the automotive and electronic device markets.
Copper alloys and nickel alloys
In addition to copper and yellow brass, we offer a large number of high-performance copper alloys such as NB-109, which has become a standard material for automobile connectors.
We are capable of global procurement thanks to our technology alliances with manufacturers around the world. Our offerings are widely used in automobiles, mobile phones, personal computers, semiconductors, batteries, and more.
Plating
We provide reflow tin plating of equal quality from our three bases in Japan, China, and Thailand.
We also offer advanced triflow plating with superior heat resistance and STAR plating that reduces the insertion force in connectors.
Fabricated products
Leveraging the material technology and analysis technology that we have developed from the material level, we also provide fabricated products such as electronic parts, hot forged parts, machined parts, and heat sink bases.
