Our Key technologies
Remote Epitaxy & Two-dimensional material based layer transfer allows epitaxial growth on graphene and transferring to the host substrate. This technology gives Infinite reuse of parent wafer and fast layer release.

We provide customized free-standing GaN substrates of various thickness as well as 2", 4", 6", 8" 2D GaN Templates, and GaN on 2D Templates.

1.  2D-GaN Template
FSB 2D templates for Remote Epitaxy and 2 Dimensional Material based Layer Transfer (2DLT) are designed to facilitate a large area and high-quality single crystalline GaN epi-wafer for solution of high performance power and RF devices.

MBE based 2D templates with your GaN epitaxial growth can provide merits as follows;
