Episil Holding Inc., previously known as Episil Technologies Inc. The main business is the epitaxial wafer foundry, power semiconductors and analog integrated circuits. In order to strengthen the layout in the semiconductor industry, and in response to energy conservation, demand for power conversion and power management transition, we set up an investment holding company in October 2014, and Episil Technologies Inc. and Episil semiconductor businesses were spun off to two independent companies.
Episil Holding Inc. will focus on the combination of semiconductor and energy industries, hope to build out an integrated industrial structure by investments, startup and integration and other commercial activities. Meanwhile Episil Holding Inc. and its subsidiaries will be fully engaged in the development of innovative technologies and products, gallium nitride (GaN) and silicon carbide (SiC) epistaxis and development of mass production of power semiconductor devices, we make the company involved in the field of energy industry actively.
