Steam two-fluid cleaning device
Steam two-fluid cleaning can clean inside holes and grooves without contact, so it can be used to remove resists, remove foreign substances such as dust, glue, and deposits, remove oil after mechanical processing such as rolling and drawing, and lift-off during each wiring process. It is used for a wide range of purposes. Highly concentrated ozonated water (70°C, 100 – 150ppm) was developed for resist stripping in photolithography processes.
