Our MProbe systems  measure thickness and n&k of the coatings or freestanding films in thousands of applications. Practically, any translucent films can be measured. MProbe desktop systems are used in Universities labs, industrial  R&D and QC. The   in-situ and inline systems are used  in pilot and  24/7 production lines like  roll-to-roll, etc. The measurement is based on spectroscopic reflectance  and/or transmittance. The results of the measurement are thickness, optical constants, surface roughness and, optionally, color coordinates  for coatings and/or free standing films. There are several MProbe product lines: MProbe 20, MProbe 40 (small spot MSP), MProbe 50 (in-situ), MProbe 60 (mapping), MProbeHC (curved or large parts), MProbe 70 (in-line). They differ by configuration and accessories/ software specific for intended use.

Within each product line, systems differs by wavelength range and wavelength resolution to match different application requirements.

Our TFCompanion software is used in all MProbe systems to control the measurement process and analyze the data. Standalone software is available for off-line data analysis of the data.
