Manual Wafer Mounter, Automatic and Manual Wafer ID and Frame ID
Reader and Automatic Wafer Packer / Unpacker / Sorter.
We conducts research, development, manufacturing,
and marketing of the state-of-the-art high-tech thin
wafer handling and tape mounting equipment.
