The Company’s equipment line includes three different product categories:

GigaMat’s Automated Integrated system includes CMP polishers, mount station, demount station, wafer press, carrier cleaner and Robotic handling system.

Options: a. Polishing both side: Automatic Flipping the wafer over and polishing the other side. b. Integrated post polishing with third party Megasonic and Cleaning system
